Fulltidsstilling i Lysaker

We are looking for a visually strong and creative Digital Designer & Web Merchandiser. 

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for that Norrøna`s visual appearance on is according to brand guidelines set by “Design executive” 
  • Responsible for design, launch, test and analyse different designs for all web pages 
  • Responsible for product Merchandising front page, collection and campaign pages  
  • Responsible for merchandising and product presentation in marketing campaigns, shoots and presentations 
  • Develop digital and physical window campaigns and POP visuals 
  • Responsible for the sync between marketing plan and the execution of visibility for key product categories or products 
  • Analytics: Responsible for tracking and analyzing the effect of daily design and merchandise efforts on and make necessary adjustments accordingly 

Concept development

  • Responsible for the production of sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas 
  • Responsible for developing, producing and setting up content for marketing timeline and other presentations  
  • Participate in idea and concept development 
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience

Marketing plan

  • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team in the development of marketing campaigns across different types of media platforms 
  • Stay on top of all trends, media developments and maintain best practices 
  • Responsible for taking work from concept to final execution for all Norrøna digital campaigns within deadlines 
  • Present completed ideas to clients/team members


  • Responsible for defining needs for RD&D department and creative development and production of graphics according to marketing timeline 

Personal qualities required to be successful in the role

  • Strong interest in typography and text 
  • Care about details
  • Interest in systematic approaches to design (grids) 
  • Interest in conceptual and holistic design
  • Experience in digital design, and familiar with simple code logic (css)  
  • Interest in animation of designs and micro interactions
    comfortable with infographic type illustration and use of symbols
  • You are structured, detail oriented and finish what you start 
  • You have excellent oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian and English 
  • You are a service minded team player who understands that we are stronger as a team 
  • You have great work capacity and flexibility in working form and tasks 
  • You thrive with improvements and optimization of workflow 
  • You are ambitious and see this job as a great opportunity to learn


  • Bachelor in art direction, graphic design or other relevant studies
  • Advanced+ Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)  
  • Familiar with Sketch app (for digital work)
